Repair Authorization

Disclosure: Vehicles left in this facility for more than 3 days, after finished the authorized repair will be charged $25 storage fees per day. An express mechanics lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repair thereto, until such time as cash payment has been made in full (According to NC law, you have 10 days. It is understood that we will not be held responsible for loss or damage to cars or articles left in cars in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control. Upon signing this repair authorization it is accepted as a complete and comprehensive description of the repair work done on this vehicle. For clients that provide their own parts: There will be no warranty on any part and labor when the part is provided by customers. Tryon Auto Repair claims no responsibility should the parts stop working or cause damage to other components of the vehicle.
